How to get a loan with us

01 Share the Deal

Provide us with basic details of the opportunity and yourself. If Dominion finds it to be a good fit, we will issue terms within 24 hours or less, guaranteed by our Can’t-Be-Beat Policy.

02 Underwriting

Submit the formal loan application and required documentation. We’ll complete all orders and approve the loan if it meets our criteria.

03 Close and Fund

Execute closing package and receive funding structured around your project, whether disbursed in draws or as a lump sum, depending on the loan type.
